Platform terms — staging

These terms are provided only for private staging workflow tests and are not the final commercial contract. DentalPool is operated by MKSS Investments Pty Ltd; business-name registration remains a mandatory verification gate.

Operating model

DentalPool is the intended employer of Dental Assistants as casual employees. Clinics are clients and host workplaces, never the employer. Contractor, ABN-based DA and clinic-employer operation are not approved models.

Bookings and cancellations

Booking, confirmation, extension, release, reassignment, shortening and cancellation calculations are timestamped and retained. Final cancellation rules require legal approval before production use.

Payments and payroll

Stripe remains in test mode and Employment Hero production writes remain disabled. DentalPool must not represent either integration as active until the correct MKSS/DentalPool payroll business and every approval gate are verified.

Permanent recruitment

Permanent hiring remains independently disabled. Any future placement pathway retains separate terms and fees.
