Platform terms — staging

These terms are provided only for staging workflow tests and are not the final commercial contract. DentalPool business-name registration and the legal capacity in which MKSS Investments Pty Ltd contracts remain mandatory verification gates.

Operating model

DentalPool is the intended employer of Dental Assistants as casual employees. Clinics are clients and host workplaces, never the employer. Contractor, ABN-based DA and clinic-employer operation are not approved models.

Bookings and cancellations

Booking, confirmation, extension, release, reassignment, shortening and cancellation calculations are timestamped and retained. Final cancellation rules require legal approval before production use.

Payments and payroll

Stripe remains in test mode and Employment Hero production writes remain disabled. DentalPool must not represent either integration as active until the correct legal entity and every approval gate are verified.

Permanent recruitment

Permanent hiring remains independently disabled. Any future placement pathway retains separate terms and fees.
