Clinic terms — staging

These draft terms use the fixed business model that MKSS Investments Pty Ltd operates DentalPool and DentalPool employs each Dental Assistant as a casual employee. The clinic is DentalPool's client and a host workplace; it is not the Dental Assistant's employer.

Bookings, authority and safety

Only authorised clinic users may request, change, approve or cancel shifts. Before a real placement, the clinic must provide a current site safety declaration, identify hazards and controls, complete the clinic side of the first-site induction and supply required PPE at no cost to the Dental Assistant.

Payments, Service Fee and timesheets

A valid payment method and accepted current terms are required before a booking. The current DentalPool Service Fee estimate is shown before confirmation and itemised on the invoice. Approved or auto-approved hours create an auditable calculation and payment record.

Operational exceptions

Payment holds, releases, reassignment, disputes, safety incidents, travel overrides and fee waivers require recorded human review. Final Service Fee values, liability, cancellation and dispute clauses require counsel approval.
