The platform timestamps the scheduled start, confirmation, cancellation request, acting account and calculated window.
Clinic cancellation
The current staging engine models free, minimum-shift and full-shift outcomes, including urgent-booking grace handling and shift shortening inside 24 hours.
Dental Assistant release
A confirmed Dental Assistant requests release rather than directly cancelling the clinic's booking. The assignment remains until DentalPool reviews the request, verifies any suggested substitute and formally reassigns. The request itself does not reduce reliability.
Approval required
The thresholds, amounts, exceptions, consumer-law wording and enforceability must be approved before production.
