This private staging environment collects account identity, dental-assistant profiles, clinic organisations and sites, availability, bookings, operational decisions and audit records needed to test DentalPool.

Data boundaries

Do not enter TFN, banking, superannuation, tax declarations or payroll credentials into DentalPool. Those records are intended to remain with Employment Hero. Raw card information must remain with Stripe.

Visibility boundaries

Clinics must not receive a dental assistant's residential address, payroll records, private documents, work-right records, internal quality score, discipline or restriction information. Dental assistants must not receive clinic card details, internal risk or restriction records, or platform margins.

Retention and rights

The platform records creation, archive status, deletion eligibility, legal holds and anonymisation status. No production purge is active. Final collection, retention, access, correction and deletion wording requires an Australian privacy review.
