How it works$0 50% Payroll
Flexible shifts with clear details.
DentalPool coordinates the employment and staffing workflow. Approved DAs are intended to work as casual employees of DentalPool, while clinics remain host workplaces. Payroll-sensitive information stays with Employment Hero and card details stay with Stripe.
Extended Travel Bonus
For an approved extended-travel shift, the DA receives 50% of the clinic's separate travel surcharge as an Extended Travel Bonus.
Normal payroll still applies
The zero-fee policy does not remove PAYG withholding, superannuation or other lawful payroll treatment.
