How it works

Flexible shifts with clear details.

DentalPool coordinates the employment and staffing workflow. Approved DAs are intended to work as casual employees of DentalPool, while clinics remain host workplaces. Payroll-sensitive information stays with Employment Hero and card details stay with Stripe.

The Service Fee is the greater of 20% or $60 per completed DA shift.

From 15% / $50

Volume pricing

Higher clinic usage reduces the fee through published tiers, down to the greater of 15% or $50.

No DA platform fee

Approved DAs do not need an ABN and pay no DentalPool platform fee. PAYG withholding and superannuation still apply.
